✔️Warm-up with a 3 Minute outdoor jog and/or jumping jacks indoors and some dynamic stretching. 🏃🏽♀️🧘🏼♂️
✔️Slay that pie & and enjoy time spent with family and friends. 🥧👨👩👧👦
