If you can’t make to the gym on Thanksgiving but still want to sweat before that pie and stuffing- try out my Thanksgiving Workout. Quick & easy before the festivities and fun!

✔️No equipment or a lot space needed. Set a timer- either in the clock app or download a workout timer free from the App Store.📱⏱

✔️Warm-up with a 3 Minute outdoor jog and/or jumping jacks indoors and some dynamic stretching. 🏃🏽‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

✔️Slay that pie & and enjoy time spent with family and friends. 🥧👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
